We are also commemorating the 20th anniversary of the College! Created in collaboration with Artist-in-Resident Kaneza Schaal and writer and illustrator Christopher Myers, CARTOGRAPHY draws on their work with refugee youth from around the world.

- November 16, 2020In mid-October, the College of Visual and Performing Arts and the Center for the Arts welcome the Grammy® Award-winning Third Coast Percussion as the first virtual Mason Artist-In-Residence for the 2020-2021 season.
- November 12, 2020The Reva and Sid Dewberry Family School of Music is leading the charge by utilizing its collective efforts and creative energy to shed light on the talents of those who have been historically underrepresented. As part of this crucial endeavor, the School has established a monthly educational series that includes masterclasses and roundtable discussions highlighting Black musicians and their contributions to the music field.
