The Mason Summer Festival
We wish to thank all our partners, sponsors, and supporters of the Mason Summer Festival. We have decided not to present a Festival in Summer 2010. The College of Visual and Performing Arts staff will revisit the Festival model when economic indicators and campus construction timetables are more favorable.
Create. Innovate. Educate.

Check the organization’s websites and the Center for the Arts Home Page for program updates.
We look forward to an opportunity to serve the Festival’s mission at a future date.
The Festival Mission
Our mission is to create, innovate, and educate. We celebrate those creative individuals and organizations throughout the Northern Virginia region that are dedicated to the arts and sciences. We encourage innovation, self-expression, diversity, and shared dialogue among professionals, students and members of the community. We provide a nurturing environment for education for all ages.
Through performance, exhibition, and demonstration, in concert halls, classrooms, galleries, theaters, studios and laboratories, we inspire artists and innovators, and help prepare the next generation for life in the 21st century.
