Become a classical insider with Jeffrey Siegel as he provides context and interesting tidbits on masterpieces from three of the greatest composers of all time—Haydn's boisterous and delightful Sonata in D Major; Mozart's poignant and deeply affecting Rondo in A Minor; and Beethoven's beloved and tempestuous Sonata No. 8 in C Minor, famously known as the Pathétique Sonata. Virtuoso pianist and entertaining storyteller Jeffrey Siegel returns to our stage with a program of familiar classics that transcend styles and eras. Popular with classical music lovers and newcomers alike, his unique “concerts with commentary” format gives the story behind the score. An interactive Q and A will conclude this program.
